Importance: Low
Error «PageRank: Missing Outgoing Links» Description
Indicates addresses of the pages with no outgoing links found after calculating internal PageRank. It usually happens when outgoing links on a page had not been crawled yet.
The Importance of the Problem
Internal linking is the most efficient method to show search engines a relative importance of website pages (link weight).
If a page has no outgoing links or they are blocked for search robots, it cannot pass link weight to other pages of the site. This issue mostly happens when pages are not optimized yet and are generated using low-quality templates.
As a result, due to such 'dead end' documents useful pages may get less link weight, lower rankings, and therefore less traffic.
How to Fix Error
It's recommended to wait till the end of crawling if it's paused. If it's finished but the issue is still there, recheck all URLs where it was detected and add internal outgoing links to key pages of the site.
It's also important to make sure that these HTML documents are complete content pages. Delete all incomplete pages or the ones created by mistake (use the 404 or 410 status codes) and all incoming links pointing to them.
