The Importance of the Problem
Search engines mainly use text content to decide if a web-page matches the search queries. Pages with bigger amount of text often appear higher in search, because they reveal the topic better.
Usually, pages don't have enough text content when they are not optimized yet and are automatically generated using low-quality templates. They are often very similar or even duplicate and may also not contain enough relevant keywords.
Also, search engines may consider pages low-quality, if most of the text on them is a template layout (menu, header, footer), therefore causing lower positions in search.
How to Fix Error
It is necessary to fill important pages with a sufficient amount of useful text content which reveals the topic of relevant keywords to the fullest extent.
