Error «Max Content Size» Description
Indicates compliant pages with more than 50K characters (by default) in the <body> section (excluding HTML tags). Note that you can change the default value on the 'Restrictions' tab of crawling settings.
The Importance of the Problem
Users may find an extremely long text inconvenient to read, so they will most likely leave the page.
Also, pages with long text usually load longer (especially on mobile devices with lower Internet speed), thereby a user may consider the website low-quality and leave it. Such slow pages usually get low search rankings, therefore the the site may lose search traffic.
How to Fix Error
It's recommended to check if all pages with a big amount of text are created correctly. If it's caused by an issue, it needs to be fixed. If it's not, divide too big pages into several smaller ones.
