This Privacy Policy describes how SiteAnalyzer SEO Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our browser extension (“Extension”). By installing and using the Extension, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect and process the following types of user data:
- Text, images, and hyperlinks that you input, process, or interact with through the Extension.
- AI assistant usage history – records of your interactions with AI assistants integrated into or accessed through the Extension.
- Technical and diagnostic data – anonymized information such as error logs, performance metrics, and extension version, used to maintain and improve the Extension.
We do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, physical address, or payment information unless you voluntarily provide it.
2. Data we collect, store and share
- Collection. When you use the AI assistant analysis feature, the Extension collects the text of your question, the sources and links found in the answer, the address of the page where the question was asked, your browser name and language, and a random installation identifier. This data does not include your name, email or payment details.
- Storage. This data is stored on our own analytics server for as long as it is needed for analysis. It is used only to study how AI assistants and search engines answer questions and to improve the Extension.
- Sharing. We do not sell this data. We may show aggregated statistics built from it to other parties. We do not share it otherwise, except as required by law.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Extension’s features.
- Store text, images, hyperlinks, and AI assistant usage history locally on your PC to enable functionality.
- Transmit AI assistant usage history to our web-based analytics server for subsequent analysis in anonymized form.
- Improve the Extension, understand usage patterns, and enhance AI-assisted features.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you if you contact us.
4. Data Storage
- Local storage. Text, images, hyperlinks, and AI assistant usage history are stored locally on your PC using browser storage APIs (such as `chrome.storage`). This data remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers, except as described in Section 5.
- Server storage. We transmit AI assistant usage history to our web-based analytics server in anonymized form. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for as long as necessary for analysis and improvement.
5. Data Sharing and Transfer
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We transmit AI assistant usage history to our web-based analytics server in anonymized form.
- We may share anonymized, aggregated data with third parties for analytics and research purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Anonymization
Before transmitting AI assistant usage history to our analytics server, we remove or obfuscate any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or other identifiers. The transmitted data is anonymized.
7. Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We do not sell user data.

- We do not use user data for personalized advertising.
8. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored data by removing the Extension or clearing its storage through your browser settings. To request deletion of anonymized analytics data, please contact us. Because the data is anonymized, we may not be able to identify your specific data.
9. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Extension is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
